We have an urgent requirement for EXPERIENCED Bar & Waiting Staff for our client based in West End of Glasgow, PERSONAL LICENCE HOLDER, and be available to work on Friday, Saturday or Sunday.

You will be serving drinks to customers at private functions within a well known hotel or Restaurant.

The hours of work are 1300 - 1900  or 18.00 - 02.00.

Work is on an as and when required basis.

Restaurant Manager - Isle of Arran

We are seeking an experienced restaurant manager to run the largest of 3 restaurants . The restaurant is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and can turn over 600 covers per day during peak season. Experience in dealing with these numbers and managing a team of up to 12 staff on shift is essential.

Salary £20,000 pa plus bonus. Staff also get membership of our extensive leisure facilities and discounts on hotel products and services. Live in acommodation is available and is charged at £30-50 per week.




Restaurant Floor Managers - Live in or out £16-17k

Reporting directly to the restaurant managers you will be controlling a team of staff within specified areas of a Bar Brasserie within a 4* 36 room Spa resort.

This family friendly restaurant caters for up to 600 covers per day serving breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, coffees and drinks and you will ensure a high standard service is received by all patrons.

Within the restaurant is a cocktail bar, a terrace a children’s area and an internet area.

Ideally you will have been a similar role before and be interested in moving to a well known and respected establishment built on quality.

The hotel can offer live in accommodation for those not local to Arran, a charge of £30-50 per week will be made. In return you will receive all meals when on duty and a discount in all food serving areas when not on duty as well as membership of the hotels first class leisure facilities including 20m pool and spa.

PASTRY CHEF, £17-18k LIVE IN POSITION

Working within a busy kitchen of a well known hotel serving 50 seater restaurant.  Must have a proven background of pastry making.  Will be responsible for dealing with eveything from beakfasts to planning wedding pastries.

Chef de Partie

We are seeking an experienced Chef De Partie from mid-March until the end of October for a busy Seafood & Grill Restaurant. This is a seasonal position, although there may be opportunity for continued employment after October. Experience with seafood & pastry skills would be beneficial.

Salary £13,500-£16,166 depending on experience. Live in accommodation is available and is charged at £30-50 per week.
