BI-LINGUAL CONTACT CENTRE AGENTS We require bi-lingual contact centre staff for our client based in Glasgow. You will be calling companies and talking management staff through surveys on behalf of various authorities. These are NOT sales roles - you will simply be running through questionnaires.
